Here's my story
Like many people who enter healthcare, I started with one simple goal:
I wanted to help people.
For more than 30 years, I worked in traditional healthcare as a nurse and nurse practitioner. But over time, I began noticing something difficult to ignoreā¦
Many people were still struggling.
Especially women in midlife.
They were exhausted, frustrated, gaining weight despite ādoing everything right,ā struggling with sleep, hormones, energy, digestion, and feeling increasingly disconnected from their body⦠yet often left without meaningful answers.
Then eventually, I became one of them.
As I moved through my own hormonal transition, I experienced firsthand what so many women quietly struggle with:
What used to work no longer worked.
The things I had always relied on stopped helping. My body felt unfamiliar. And despite my medical background, I realized there were important pieces of the puzzle I had never been taught.
That season changed everything for me.
It led me deeper into functional wellness, hormones, metabolism, gut health, microbiome science, and root-cause approaches that helped me begin understanding the body in a completely different way.
More importantly, it changed how I support women today.
Because I donāt believe symptoms happen in isolation.
I believe the body is constantly communicating.
And when we slow down, look deeper, and support the foundations, things often begin to make more sense.
My goal is not to overwhelm women with more pressure or quick fixes.
Itās to help women feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in understanding what their body may be asking for in this season of life.

The path that shaped my work
My background began in traditional healthcare, but my deeper work has grown through years of advanced education in functional and root-cause approaches.
What I learned personally and professionally is that women in midlife often need more than surface-level answers. They need someone who can look at patterns, ask better questions, and help them understand what their body may be trying to communicate.
My training has included functional wellness, nutrition, hormones, microbiome health, menopause support, and health coaching⦠all of which shape the thoughtful, root-cause approach I use to support women today.

That belief shapes everything about how I support women.
After years in healthcare, and after walking through my own midlife health changes, Iāve learned that symptoms are often signals⦠not failures.
When your body stops responding the way it used to, it can feel confusing and discouraging. But it doesnāt mean youāve done something wrong.
It may simply mean your body is asking to be understood differently.
That is why my work is rooted in curiosity, education, and looking at the bigger picture⦠so women can feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in their next steps.
